We were looking for our Retirement home and a move from Out if State. We made a trip down to Florida and spent 4 days with Shellee and Jim and had an Offer on a house.
They assisted us with attending the inspection and making sure all repairs were done prior to closing Ad we were out of state and couldn’t be there.

Shellee (and Jimmy) were among a group of five realtors we interviewed as potential agents to handle the sale of our home. Marilyn and I agreed on our first choice once all had been heard and considered. We are so happy we made the right choice, at least for us. We appreciated the initial meeting, as they immediately showed their preparation prior to their visit. That visit ended with the comparative analysis of a sale price which seemed the most realistic of the ones we assembled. Next came the marketing steps, with an excellent marketing write-up with accompanying photos and video. We had the first prospect brought by an agent from another firm, but our agents remained in constant contact with us throughout the sales process. We accepted the initial offer and signed our part of the contract on July 19 at the title company, again with Shellee and Jimmy present. The buyers lagged on their end, causing Shellee to end up prodding buyers and their agent to meet the agreement or seek release from the contract. The sale was finally completed on Monday, August 28, 2023, 3 days short of a month after the anticipated closing on July 31. As sellers, we were patient. As agent, Shellee was very competent and professional, and extremely helpful in bringing a delayed sale to an appropriate conclusion. As we told Shellee, "You (and the title company) were the only real stars in this constellation." Top performance from beginning to end.
